Our expert instructors guide you through invigorating asanas, mindful breathing techniques, and deep relaxation practices, tailored to all levels of experience.
Let’s get together to form our conscience step by step while retreating our physical body, nourishing organs, balancing hormones and chemicals, and rejuvenating our cells. We aim to establish alignment in our body, mind and soul.
Please consider the following tips to increase the efficiency of each session:
1. To attend the online sessions, please connect your device at least 5 minutes before starting the session to ensure your setup works.
2. Please wear a set of loose cotton clothes (preferably white).
3. Sit on a comfortable mat, rolled out in a quiet and private room. Tidy the room, light a candle, and put flowers or a pot beside it. For comfort, you can also put a firm blanket, cushion, or yoga block beside your mat.
4. Last but not least, keep your questions to ask through private or group chat if you feel comfortable.
